Chili`s in Poughkeepsie

Pleasurable experience. Staff always friendly and kind. Willing to help with any request I’ve had. The food is always tasty when I’ve come. The drinks are not too great, as in my opinion they use more mixer than they should and always end up too sweet. So if you come here for a beer you’re probably fine, but ordering a cocktail isn’t something I would recommend.

I'm a fan of chilis from another state As we are in covid moments , I called and the host complained to me that he has orders To go out. But there was only one other car out there besides mine .He left us out there for 10 minutes coming out back and forth but not taking my order I left because it was clear he had a problem. But of course I'll always be a fan but in my own state.

Ordered takeout from here tonight because we can’t get in the restaurant. Pretty disappointing. I got a burger and it was severely overcooked which made it dry. My parents got the 2 for $25 and my moms portion looked that was cut in half and thrown in takeout container. Chips were bland. . Not much good to say. I only give 2 stars as an at least they tried.

I have given majority of my family get togethers there and we have enjoyed the service, food and accommodation to our needs... Thank you staff

My salad was great, chili was very salty. They took half off the chili price cause I didn't eat it. Then a server dropped a plate, and I got sprayed with food. I figured if this is how it's going to be for me today, I should call it quits now, so I went home and didn't even both trying to shop on a Black Friday.

They never disappoint. Its pretty regular fair but the service in freehold is great.

The daytime manager lady is wonderful!! So pleasant and professional. Foods great to . They do a great job coordinating their efforts with the doordash delivery service they use (which is sometimes hit or miss) 👌👍😊

I ordered a Triple Dipper. It was supposed to have Big Mouth Bites, Southwestern Eggrolls and Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers. I paid $12.99 for the wrong order. They did not give me the Big Mouth Bites. Also, the tortilla chips in the chips & salsa were excessively greasy. The food service industry seems to be plagued with incompetent and illiterate employees. When an order is filled incorrectly, they’re quick to offer an apology and something free in return. At what point will they actually correct the problem? An apology is meaningless to me and I don’t want anything for free. I’ll gladly pay extra if it means my order will be filled accurately. If Chili’s can’t find more competent people to hire, then they need to do a better job in their training process. Enough is enough. They need to get their act together.

I ordered a Grilled chicken Bacon avocado ranch sandwich for lunch. Asked for no cheese on the salad, it was 75% cheese. And there was no bacon on the sandwich. This is why we don't eat here anymore. The food is good but the service is less than acceptable.

Great place for eating and delivery services. I work for doordash and all the deliveries I took from there went smoothly. I ate at the freehold location many times

I used the curbside service due to the COVID era. Ordering on line was easy. I stayed in my car and they brought me my order wearing a mask and gloves. Very efficient. Everything was packaged perfectly and we really enjoyed our meal.

Came here for quick bite and drink before meeting some friends, had the guacamole, salsa and chips, the tortilla chips were to thin.Had great time here.

Bar server seems more interested in catching up with an old buddy than waiting on his customers.No crackers for soup.Skip the blackberry tea, it's awful. Where's a raspberry when you need one?

First time here today. I'm writing the review as I sit here because my friend and I have already had such great service and haven't even gotten to the meal yet just the appetizer. I used to serve at a Chili's years ago so I know what great service looks like and that is what John is giving us. I love when I'm given napkins right away before a meal comes out, the drinks were brought out fast before the appetizer, he recommended a great appetizer that I've never tried before (cheese bites), he's checked on the table a few times already and apologized for the appetizer being a little longer than expected (we don't mind we aren't in a hurry). The place is clean and a good vibe. Hes very attentive and we can hear him talking to other crew members about other tables as if all are a priority which is nice to see. Will def be back. Thanks for the great service !

Ordered to go on line. Pick the food up within the time it was suppose to be ready. All 3 of burgers I ordered, were cold to the touch and absolutely no Seasoning, the tomatoes and the lettuce had more flavor than my burger. .fries were cold and soggy, making me not even able finish my food. One of burger I got literally got less than 10 fries with it. I also Order a sampler, with boneless wings, onion blossoms and the egg rolls. It was all soggy and cold. Service in side was really nice but the quality of the food went down. Wasn’t worth anything I spent on it. I used to Order to go orders all the time , at least twice a week and now I won’t be returning.

Everyone enjoyed the food. The food was on the table, quickly and it was hot.

This place is OK for a quick dining. Cheap, quality of food is just OK and as expected for the this level of restaurant and service is not bad at all.

Freehold Chili's is great! Friendly staff, great food! However, I do have to agree with some other reviews here....the mixed drinks leave something to be desired. They are very good, but lacking a little in the alcohol Dept. I understand that everything has to be measured a certain way. It's ok though. They're still good. 😁

Great meal. Be aware though...if you pay using their tablet you are forced to take the survey and the tablet will ONLY let you choose excellent. Chili’s IT department needs to fix the tablet bug.

Good place..if you go by 4 PM you may get some set menus item in a discounted price..

We love to take my grandma here for lunch. The staff is very friendly. Service is good and food is good as well. On our most recent visit, the waiter was excellent. They also have very good specials and value.

The food for take out didn't taste as good as when you have it in the restaurant. My hamburger was warm not hot. I was disappointed.

We had an enjoyable meal of tasty well-cooked food that was competively priced. The wait staff met our needs, but wasn't as professional or outgoing as at some of their competition. I find it difficult to describe exactly why, but I find this Chili's location to not quite be at the same level as their nearby competition - Olive Garden and Applebees - just a few miles away, or even the Cheesecake factory in the mall across Route 9.I'll probably be back again if I'm in the area at meal time, but I'm not likely to think of it as a destination that I plan ahead to go to.

Good food! The cheaper stuff may taste like fast food, like simple burgers. I tried something different once that tasted like a McDonald's chicken sandwich. That may have just been a one-time thing. Other than that, I've gone here for years and never had an issue. Service is always above and beyond. Chicken Crispers are always great, fajitas are always great, choices of beer awesome, ribs are awesome!

I haven't been to Chili's in a few years but it looks like the brand chain has been revamped with a new menu, look and feel. I enjoyed the new selections and recommend the boss burger with a mango ice tea. Better dine in experience from the old model they use to have.

After I sat down in the bar area, no waitress came to serve me. I had to go the other end of the restaurant to ask to be served. Once served, the asparagus portion of the vegetarian fajita was a lot smaller than other Chili’s. The guacamole was grey instead of fresh green. The waitress said that they would make a fresh batch but she never came back. She told me that the manager of this Chili’s is also the cook. This place needs a new manager and a new cook. This is rare, Chili’s is normally great. This visit was a waste of time and money. Disappointing.

This is a good, busy Chili's. It's located across from the Freehold Raceway Mall, so it's a great place to go on the way home. The restaurant is clean, and there's a good amount of natural light. The staff was attentive and the food was typical Chili's fare. Also, I've done takeout there, and it's been correct and on time every time we went. Well done, Chili's!

Warm and friendly staff, reasonably priced menu, and delicious options.

The server was nice, but scarce. Our table had crumbs and a huge smear of chocolate on top. I asked the waitress to clean and she did. Our food was not bad, but we waited so long in between visits from our waitress we decided to go elsewhere for the kids desserts. I finally figured out how to pay on the little machine at the table so we could leave. Disappointing.

Place was incredible...server was fantastic. Ordered the boss burger. Wowwwww really good. A Must try..

Always great food and great service here! Lunch with my daughter today- we had the grilled chicken salad and the chicken was hot which is rare when ordering salad but we loved it! Also took advantage of the $5 margarita which is the trifecta this month. So good!

usually get the tripple dipper the sliders and honey chipotle crispers are 🔥 the cookie is a good dessert little pricey but if youre on the email list they send free app or dessert pretty often

Chili's is ok. If you go to chili's and find good food and service. KEEP THOSE NAMES. That is the best advice I can give you for this restaurant. It's bad when the manager has to get involved most the time. Other than that pretty good food IMOP

We were a group of 14. Although the hostess and wait staff were accommodating in setting up the tables, the tables were not wiped down and had crumbs and wet glass rings still on the surface. The floor beneath the tables had not been swept up. The server was very nice and checked on us frequently. However, several requests had to be repeated before they were brought to the table. The food was fine and the prices quite reasonable. Some tweaking on cleanliness and service would certainly be welcomed!

Nice dinner, go with dinner for 2 for $22.. Cajun chicken pasta, chicken fajitas, veggie fajitas all were good.. but the best was chocolate lava cake

Decent mexican food in the neighborhood. Usually crowded in the weekend everything. Good service and most of the staffs are nice.

The service was poor, the food took almost 45 minutes to come out, and my burger was so greasy to the point where my fingers were covered in grease. Our server was nice, but seemed too stressed. Also, the place seemed under staffed. I saw only our server in our section, one bar tender, and 2 servers in the other section. This visit wasn't tha5 good.

Chili's is always amazing. If you're honestly looking at reviews for Chili's to determine whether you should go there, as if you've never been to Chili's, you don't deserve to go to Chili's.

Southwest Beanburger Fajita was superb. Excellent value. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Arrived with a 20 min wait to be seated, very busy. Food and everything else was great.

I only had the chili and a sampler. My wife had a soup as well. Service was fine but the chili itself tasted like the me and t was burned then they tried to mask the taste with salt. I typically do not send food back so I am glad I only got a cup.
